What does this include?

 

You get weekly meal plans (dinners only for now, but more to come if things go well) along with the ability to adjust each plan, grocery lists and access to all of this ad free!

 

Can I print the meal plans out?

Yes! You can export all of the meal plans and grocery list as pdf’s.

Why should I add one more expense?

Research shows that when you meal plan, you not only save money but you waste less food. Going into the grocery store with a set shopping list will save you time and money since you know exactly what you need to buy for the week.

 

Does this include nutrition info?

 

Yes! Every recipe and meal plan has the nutrition info calculated. However, this is not to be used as medical advice. These are calculated automatically and exact numbers are based off the brands you use. So to ensure accuracy you should always calculate them yourself if needed. 

Can I add my own recipes?

This platform only allows you to add recipes that I have uploaded, which are all my own. But you can add these to existing meal plans to customize them as you prefer.

Can I create my own meal plan?

Yes! However you can only use the recipes I have in the platform.

 

Can I adjust the grocery list?

 

Yes! You can take of ingredients you already have or add other things you may need, like bananas for breakfast or crackers for a snack.

 

How will I know when the meal plan is added?

 

Meal plans are added every month and an email will be sent to you as a reminder to check. This gives you flexibility to use any plan that month you want and change the order it you wish. You have access to all previous meal plans published as well.

 

What if I decide to cancel?

 

You can cancel at any time, no commitment necessary!

 

How much will this cost me?

 

I offer a free trial for 7 days! After this, you are charged $7.99 a month unless you cancel.

Hey friends!

I’m Anjali, the fun loving mom behind The Picky Eater and more recently, Veggies Don’t Bite (which I acquired from Sophia DeSantis!) As a client-centered board-certified health coach, plant-based recipe creator and food photographer, I focus on helping people feel empowered instead of overwhelmed when it comes to overall health and wellness. I teach that small habits can lead to big changes.


I helped my husband transform his diet from one focused on fast-food and frozen pizzas, to a plant-based diet filled with veggies, fruits, plant protein and whole grains! I did this in the midst of having young kids and moving cross-country twice, so I know what it's like to make a health change in the midst of chaos.


I've worked with families and parents for over 15 years, and I understand that each person is unique in how they learn, and there is no one size fits all approach.

I have worked with Whole Foods, Kaiser Permanente, and a variety of organic, plant-based food brands including Earthbound Farm Organic, Stonyfield Farms, Lovebird, Yumi, Little Spoon, Hello Fresh, Simple Mills, Maya Kaimal and many others!

 

I have also been featured in both print and online. I released my first two cookbooks cookbook shortly after my son was born in March and September of 2018!
